Super comfortable and configurable "We needed to change the configuration of the sofa to better fit the space, and it was very easy and intuitive to do this ourselves. Good sofa bed but arranging delivery is nightmare "We are very happy with sofa. Went to Guilford showroom before buying and it was a remote sales person on TV screen on video call with us. Worked well. Buying sofa online was easy. We bought in January sale. To arrange delivery you are sent a text asking can you do DATE. If you say yes, only the day before after 5pm they give you 3hr time window. As working people with children in school activities we found this so unhelpful. We declined first text. Then we were told if we don't get our sofa delivered we have to pay storage charges. Arranging delivery was a nightmare. In the end I worked from home and other half took half day to collect children. If time window is given earlier you can arrange your day around it asking friends and family but no, you get the text day before after 5pm! You can't arrange convenient day/time it is either you agree to the date given or nothing and paying storage fee. I wish this information was there upfront - who will say that as customers won't come. I certinly would not have purchased if I knew of the delivery arranging was such an inflexible process.
