Sofa Bed "The customer service throughout was great, I always felt from the first moment that I was dealing with a professional company who would deliver a quality Sofa, which they did in the timescale promised. The look of sofa bed is fantastic and mechanics are superb, very easy to transform. The one and only reason I have not given it 5 stars is that it is a little hard when sleeping on it, which respectfully it is a sofa bed. Although I have addressed this issue with a top up mattress. Practical, comfortable and beautiful. "We love the colour we chose as it looks so cheerful and the material feels soft but durable. It fits perfectly into our study to be used as a bed for visitors, though my husband has slept on it as a sofa and was happy with the comfort. Victoria Two-Seater Sofa Bed "I would highly recommend Cocoon sofa beds. I did a lot of research before buying and, after visiting the showroom in Guildford, I decided it was worth investing in a sofa bed that was comfortable (both as a sofa and as a bed) and had an easy mechanism to switch between the two. I loved the range of colours and fabric on offer, and am very pleased with my purchase. Although initially undecided, I am glad I went for the storage arms in the end - they’re very useful for storing the spare bedding. Perfect from start to finish + great bed and sofa "I bought this sofabed as a bed first and sofa second and it is absolutely perfect for what I need. Visiting the showroom was easy, the process from start to finish was perfect and delivery immaculate (fast, clean, great communications and no fuss). Above all else though, the bed is so comfortable to sleep on and the sofa is exactly what I need, with perfect storage. The fabric looks amazing and it fits perfectly both size and style into my room. To clarify, I received it 10 days ago and have slept on it every night, the mattress itself is firm, which I like, and I've honestly had great sleep since I started using it. I make the bed and collapse it daily, and it really is as easy as they say - I use the large cushions as a headrest at night and the side cushions just slip into the arms. I have a double duvet and three pilllows which are comfortably stored away during the day. You'll see in the photos that I've left the fitted sheet over the back, this is purely to save myself 30 seconds making the bed at night. The ease and speed of everything could not have been any better either. If I speak to anybody about getting a sofabed, I will not be hesitating to recommend Cocoon.
