I initially thought it was a bit firm but it has been very comfortable during my rather lengthy period of convalescence from bronchitis. Having the guarantee brings great peace of mind. To arrange delivery you are sent a text asking can you do DATE. If you say yes, only the day before after 5pm they give you 3hr time window. As a sofa the micro cloth is soft and luxurious, and according to the supplier, won’t fade, even though it’s by a south facing window -which is fantastic. I LOVE the Oxford blue- it looks super stylish whilst being very comfy to sit on. As a bed it is also apparently very comfortable according to my guest, firm but not hard and afforded a great nights sleep.
