P Peter H.Verified A disgusted recipient of the way cocoon treat customersUntil my 2nd cocoon arrives safe and sound in a trouble free delivery, I will refrain from any comment. I am bitterly disappointed that my cocoon hasn’t arrived yet and await delivery!!! Until then I will make no further comment. You have already missed my grandchildren’s visit. What else can befall me!!! As a grandparent you have no idea of the angst you have caused in my household!!! Very truly your responsibility. What are you going to do about the situation? Mar 10, 2026
C Catriona F.Verified Nice sheets, but excessive price.Nice sheets, thick cotton & good neutral colour options available. The cotton bag they arrive in is a good idea so they don’t get mixed up with other normal sheets in the linen cupboard after washing. I would give them 5 stars, but the eye-watering price means they are just not good value for money despite the quality. It irks having to pay over the odds due to the unusual shape, so you have no choice but to buy them. Dec 18, 2025
K Karen R.Verified Fitted sheet for Alice sofaGood quality and I love the smart packaging…makes a lovely gift Apr 1, 2025
R Renata G.Verified Good company to do business with. There was a slight issue with delivery date, but Cocoon found a solution. Great customer service. Oct 5, 2024
M Mark E.Verified The wait (for a sheet) was a joke. Not opened sheet yet, but immediately giving 3 stars simply due to how long it took. A solo fitted sheet…it took so long to arrive I’d actually forgotten I ordered it. It’s taken so long I can only assume you had to wait for the wool to grow on the sheep in order to make it. P Peter T.Verified SheetI purchased these sheets from you especially as I thought due to the unusual design of the mattress when bed opened up that these were especially designed to fit. Using your video instructions as a guide I found it almost impossible to get the sheet over the top end. This sheet is not designed for this sofa Jun 27, 2024
M MYRA F.Verified Alice Three Seater Sofa BedVery pleased with my purchase. The fabric is lovely and well made. The delivery men set it all up and took away the packing. I would highly recommend Cocoon Sofa Beds. Jun 14, 2024
N Nelson S.Verified Love it :u1F970: can’t get enough of it :)The sofa is great, love it and it’s just the right size. I fully recommend it and check all the measurements to see it fits in your room Jun 5, 2024
K krzysztof k.Verified Perfectthe sofa is very comfortable. I highly recommend it, very easy to use May 26, 2024
A Astrid V.Verified The sheet is fine, probably fit for purpose, but I would love instructions on fitting it. When the bed is open the ‘mattress’ is so close to the arms that the sheet cannot fit in between. May 12, 2024
A Anita C.Verified Good sheetDifficult to fit the sheet around the top of bed maybe more because there is not enough space on the sofa there rather than issue with sheet otherwise all good Apr 18, 2024
J Judith L.Verified The fit is ok struggle with getting past the arms of the sofa , but the quality is amazing and size is good also. Apr 7, 2024
S Sheri R.Verified Great ideaWe had no idea what colour or fabric we wanted and the swatch book was great in letting us see the actual colours in the room our new sofa bed will be calling home. It really helped us to make our decision that we agreed on. Looking forward to taking delivery of it next month.Borrow a swatch book Aug 31, 2026
A Andrzej H.Verified Great product and customer serviceReally pleased with the sofa bed. It looks great, it is comfortable and feels very well made. The customer service was also excellent. I needed the sofa delivered before a certain date and they were really helpful in making that happen. The delivery was smooth too. Craig who delivered it was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Very happy with the sofa and the overall experience. ThanksAshley Corner Sofa Bed - RHF Aug 26, 2026

A Alison A.Verified It’s a class act!Took delivery of this a few days ago and it has already been used as a sofa and a bed. As a sofa the micro cloth is soft and luxurious, and according to the supplier, won’t fade, even though it’s by a south facing window -which is fantastic. I LOVE the Oxford blue- it looks super stylish whilst being very comfy to sit on. As a bed it is also apparently very comfortable according to my guest, firm but not hard and afforded a great nights sleep. It is easy to transform into a bed and the storageAshley Corner Sofa Bed - RHF Aug 11, 2026
