A good chair bed "I've had my Alice chair for 11 days now, and I have slept on it every night. I'm very pleased with the build quality and the outer fabric, and it is comfortable both as a chair and as a bed. I am using a mattress topper for extra padding, but it probably doesn't need it. The customer service from Cocoon and from the delivery company was exemplary. I have just noticed a semicircular tear in the brown lining material below the back support, which is a bit disappointing, and I am surprised it wasn't picked up before despatch. However, it is not visible when using the chair, just when opening it out into bed mode, so I can live with it. The Alice is better than any of my previous chair beds, and if I had the room, I would certainly invest in a full size sofa version." — Clare S. (5/5)
