Whether you choose a single chair bed, 2 seater double, our 5 seater large corner sofa bed, or anything in between, you can rest assured that you are fully covered if an accident does spoil the appearance of your Cocoon. Stain removal and repairs caused by mishaps in the home are taken care of at no cost to you, as are any structural defects.

Not only is the insurance provided for free by Cocoon Sofa Beds Ltd, but should the unexpected happen and you need to make a claim, you’ll have:

• expert support from our claims handlers
• a technician over to your home to assess and repair your item, if they can
• if not, you’ll receive a like-for-like replacement, or be reimbursed to the financial value of the item
• no excess/charges for you to pay  

What’s not covered

• Normal wear & tear
• Damage in transit & pre-delivery of the item
• Commercial use
• Manufacturing faults
• Third-party contractor-related damage 
• System failures, e.g. plumbing & electrical 
• Deliberate damage or damage caused by unattended stains or improper cleaning

Are there any restrictions?

• You must be a UK resident & at least 18 years old
• Excludes Republic of Ireland
• Your item must be kept securely in your permanent residence within the UK

Anything else?

Cover will only start once you have received your item. Following delivery, you will receive your contract of insurance (consisting of the Policy Wording and your Policy Schedule) via email from Bolt Cover.

Follow their recommended cleaning methods or use the approved cleaning kit to address the issue.
