Sofa so good "Bed got it's first run out this weekend as apparently it's v comfy. But as the chair arms are so tight to the mattress how you are supposed to fit a sheet on it is beyond us. Can you was off the arms a bit to create a gap? Possibly but can't find instructions on how to." — John P. (4/5)

Hard wooden feet! "I'm very happy with my purchase but contacted you regarding the bare wooden feet without any floor protection which is important to us as we have to move the sofa on a polished wooden floor each time we wish to use it as a bed. I feel this could be improved as the quality of the sofa is excellent and soft rubber feet would enhance the product. I have not had a response from you" — Anthony D. (4/5)
Cocoon’s a Cracker! "From the amusing (mostly about cricket!), reassuring telephone call before ordering to delivery, everything was just as I expected. Great to speak in person. Email communication was good. The sofa bed arrived early, was delivered with care and efficiency through a small annexe doorway. Set up and ‘how to operate’ explained to my husband with courtesy. The sofa bed itself is a fabulous colour, Forest Fern; love it. The velvet is very soft. It’s a firm seat with soft cushions. I’ve purchased a mattress topper to make sure my step daughter has every comfort when she arrives home soon from Australia to take up residence in her own cocoon space…thank you." — Jane W. (5/5)
2 seater sofa bed "It's so comfortable to sit on, and a brilliant height for standing up from. Haven't yet needed to sleep on it so can't comment on that. Just possible for me - a lady of very mature years - to open out to a bed on my own, but hopefully will do it with help." — Joan G. (5/5)
