Excellent

Very good experience overall. The only issue was that the material we chose was out of stock for a while, so the pre-Christmas delivery didn't happen, but that ultimately didn't matter. The sofa/bed itself is great and very good value. Customer service was exceptional, especially the delivery guy who fitted it all himself very quickly and tidily. Not sure what else there is to say!
