Corner sofa bed "Sofa looks great but the opening mechanism does not work well, it’s very stiff and I struggle to get it opened and closed. Reported this straight away to Cocoon and two weeks later still waiting for a resolution. I use the sofa on a daily basis so it’s frustrating that the mechanism does not work as it should. Cocoon describes it as “one touch” opening mechanism but it’s nothing like it! This is a big disappointment, hopefully it will get sorted but still waiting for someone to contact me with a date for a service man to come in to have a look at it.
